Payments for digital downloads are processed through Paddle.com. By purchasing a digital download, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Policy
All digital download purchases are final. Refunds are not offered for digital products.
3. Training and Consulting Services
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments for training and consulting services are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the service is canceled by Commsbrief.
Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled service date, subject to availability and written confirmation from Commsbrief.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the service date will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
Cancellations by Commsbrief
- In the event of cancellation by Commsbrief, customers will be offered:
- A rescheduled service at no additional cost.
- A full refund for the canceled service.
Advance Payments
All services must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Services not paid for within this timeframe will be considered canceled.
Training Material
All training materials provided by Commsbrief are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the training materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Commsbrief disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in the training materials and for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of these materials.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with GDPR. We do not store payment information; payments are securely processed via Paddle.com or Stripe Tax.
