I’m Adnan Ghayas, a product leader with over 19 years of experience building and delivering telecom and technology solutions across Europe. My work has focused on turning ideas into commercially successful products – from concept to launch, from business case to stakeholder approval, and from strategy to delivery.
I’ve led major product launches at Sky, O2, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, and Ericsson. That includes unified communications platforms with CRM and eFax integration, apps across mobile, tablet, and desktop, smart TV applications, fibre broadband rollouts, mobile video optimisation platforms, and small cell solutions. I’ve also led the development of network performance services used by global mobile operators.
My background brings together commercial and technical depth. I’ve worked as a product manager, pricing and proposition manager, owned investment-ready business cases, created tariff models for B2B and B2C, and defined roadmaps and delivery plans that get real products built.
